Quick to court

ENGLAND fans commit offences in Marseille on Saturday and are jailed on Monday. Why doesn’t our legal system work this quickly?

I expect the offenders thought they would get a caution and be able to walk free. Had they known the rapid consequences, I am sure they would have thought twice before throwing bottles at the French police. ST JOHN COX, Taunton, Somerset.
