ALAN YENTOB may have departed the BBC last year, but the former creative director’s expenses live on. The Corporation craftily slipped out the senior manager hospitality figures just as Boris Johnson abandoned his Tory leadership bid. Yentob, whose BBC expenses were notoriously chaotic, successfully submitted £1,300 of overdue travel and hospitality claims dating back to May 2014. As they say, nice work if you can get it.
