STRIDE Gaming has a number of online bingo and gaming websites, including Kitty Bingo and King Jackpot.

The business has now conditionally agreed to acquire Netboost Media, 8Ball Games and certain assets of Tarco Limited.

The agreement will make Stride the fourth largest online bingo operator in the UK, doubling its market share to 10pc.

The acquisitions will total up to £70.2m. But investors were unimpressed the business is funding part of the purchase through a £27m share placing. Shares dropped 4.9pc, or 14p, to 272.5p.
