Body parts of Nazi Mengele’s victims found
BODY parts of victims experimented on by Nazi doctors – including ‘Angel of Death’ Josef Mengele – have been found at a German research centre.
The gruesome remains, including victims’ brains, were discovered during renovations at the Max Planck Psychiatric Institute in Munich last year, but the finding only emerged this week.
It is thought the samples were used by Nazi brain researcher Julius Hallervorden, who once served as head of neuropathology at the institute. During wartime it received samples from Auschwitz camp doctor Mengele.
