Inside Chequers war room: Cabinet meets to set Brexit strategy
IT is a highly unusual scene – we are used to seeing the Cabinet gathered in Downing Street, but yesterday this picture was released of ministers meeting in the historic surroundings of the Great Parlour at Chequers.
They gathered at the Prime Minister’s country residence to thrash out how to approach the negotiations for Britain to leave the EU.
