FAREWELL TO ROBBIE AND BASTIAN

ROBBIE KEANE and Bastian Schweinsteiger last night left the international stage after winning a combined 267 caps. Keane (with Hudson, 10 months) took his sons on to the pitch before facing Oman in Dublin, and took just half an hour to add to his record 67 goals for the Republic of Ireland. Schweinsteiger broke down in tears before captaining Germany against Finland.
