STOKE CITY continued to strengthen their squad with the deadline-day signing of Bruno Martins Indi from Porto. The 24-year-old Holland defender joined Mark Hughes’ side on a season-long loan from the Portuguese club. The signing includes an option for the Potters to make the deal permanent at the end of the current Premier League season. Hughes said: ‘We have been aware of Bruno for quite some time now, as many other clubs around Europe have been.’
