New spring in Helena’s step

TWO years after a devastating breakup from her partner of 13 years, Helena Bonham Carter (pictured) is photographed near her home in Hampstead, North London, cuddling up to a new man.

He’s clearly much younger than the actress — who is 50 and a mother of two. Of her split from film director Tim Burton, she said: ‘You go through massive grief. It’s utterly bewildering. Your identity, everything changes.’

But there’s nothing like the adoration of a younger man to put the spring back even into Helena’s Doc Martens.
