1) B. 40-42 ACCORDing to a paper published last year in the economic Journal, the first research to examine human happiness and wellbeing across the life cycle. it tracked 50,000 adults throughout their lives and found a ‘U shape’, where life satisfacti­on declines from early adulthood until early 40s, rising again until 70. 2) C. 1965 tHe term was coined by elliott Jaques in the internatio­nal Journal of psychoanal­ysis.
