AN EPHRAIM hardcastle item mistakenly reported that no members of the royal Family would be attending yesterday’s Aberfan commemoration. in fact, it was always intended that prince Charles – representing the Queen – should attend the 50th anniversary though not publicised in advance for security reasons. We apologise for suggesting otherwise.
