HOW to get the physiques of the stars. This week: Dannii Minogue’s shoulders WEARING a strapless satin dress, the singer and judge on BBC1’s Let It Shine recently showed off toned shoulders. Dannii, 45, stays in shape by using a vibrationa­l fitness platform, doing high-intensity circuits and yoga, and chasing after her six-year-old son. WHAT TO TRY: Half-kneeling bicep curls work out the upper arms. Kneel on your left knee, with your right knee at a 90-degree angle to your body and right foot on the floor. Take a dumbbell or bottle of water in your left hand. With your arm straight and ‘ glued’ to your side, curl the dumbbell up to your shoulder, then return to the start position. Repeat the bicep curl 12 to 15 times on each side, making sure not to twist or turn the upper body.
