Feeling your age, Jeremy? Paxo, 66, needs walking stick for stroll with lover aged 37
WHEN Jeremy Paxman began dating a woman nearly 0 years his junior after splitting from his partner of 5 years, it raised a few eyebrows.
And the age difference between the TV presenter, 66, and book editor Jillian Taylor, 7, was difficult to ignore when they were seen together last week.
Paxman, who is recovering from a knee replacement, seemed to be feeling his age as he frowned through his spectacles and leaned on a walking stick.
Miss Taylor, meanwhile, looked trendy in a pair of ripped jeans and black patent leather brogues.
They were photographed together for the first time since their relationship emerged outside Paxman’s £1.5million London flat, which the ex-Newsnight host moved into after his split from TV producer Elizabeth Clough, 64, the mother of his three children.
Miss Taylor worked as a researcher on several of Paxman’s books, including Empire in 2010 and Great Britain’s Great War, which came out in 201 .
Following his knee surgery in December, Paxman had to be rushed to intensive care when a potentially fatal blood clot was found in his lung.
