Ed ringer! Sheeran’s little double
WITH the same tuft of ginger hair and deadpan facial expression, it’s an uncanny resemblance. But Ed Sheeran’s latest doppelganger is an unlikely candidate – as she’s a two-year-old girl.
After her auntie posted a picture online, Isla Watson has become an internet sensation for her likeness to the singer.
Her mother Zoe, 21, said: ‘It is complete madness. Everyone has been saying that Isla looks like him for a long time and I never thought anything of it.
‘It was when my sister Stacey put it online, that we got loads of comments from people. I look at Isla sometimes and just think “wow” and people have pointed out to her who she looks like. Now she likes to watch him on TV. I still can’t believe that my little Isla has gone so viral.’
The two-year-old has certainly taken to her lookalike, as Isla now dances to the superstar’s tunes. Stacey Walton, Isla’s 30year-old auntie, said: ‘Everyone comments saying how she’s a mini Ed, and I call her baby Sheeran.’ She added: ‘She loves his music, tries to sing along to the words and has a dance.’
