Meghan gets a royal send-up

Prince Harry’s girlfriend Meghan Markle, left, is to be played by Kathryn Drysdale in the next series of royal satire The Windsors.

Like Meghan, Drysdale, right, is 35 and of mixed race. she was born to an afrocaribbean dad and a white mother. she starred as the leader of the chavs in the film st Trinian’s and played opposite sheridan smith in the BBc’s Two Pints Of Lager and a Packet Of crisps.

i hear the addition of Meghan to the c4 show is causing quite a stir, because while richard Goulding’s Harry adores her, Morgana robinson’s Pippa Middleton is outraged. Well, art doesn’t always have to imitate life . . .
