PENSION PLAN Car maker Jaguar Land Rover is set to link thousands of workers’ pensions to career average pay rather than final salaries. The plan has been agreed with Unite union and will save the company millions.

DIVIDEND LIFT Thanks to a lift from the Brexit-hit pound, dividend payments have jumped 16pc to £15.3bn in the first quarter of the year, according to Capita Asset Services.
