BLITZ TALE Hope And Glory, 4pm, Sony Movie Channel SEBASTIAN RICE-EDWARDS is Billy, the kid having a fine Boy’s Own adventure, in director John Boorman’s refreshingly unsentimental World War II tale. Being only ten, Billy is far too young to understand the horrors of war . . . (Freeview 32, Sky 323, Virgin 425) ONLINE COMEDY Can’t Cope Won’t Cope, BBC3 (via iPlayer) TWO young Irish women — an office worker and an artist — have misadventures in Dublin in this raucous and well-performed comedy. A new episode arrives every Thursday at 10am. PERFECT PROPERTY My Dream Home, 7pm, W LINDSAY and Tyler, an almost alarmingly perfect-looking U.S. couple with a baby, a dog and a boat, are on the lookout for a waterfront home in the first of a new run. Some of the properties they see are less than perfect, but hosts (and twins) Drew and Jonathan Scott (pictured) are good at getting them to see the possibilities. FOOTBALL Celta Vigo v Manchester United, 7.30pm, BT Sport 2 THE injuries have been stacking up for United ahead of this Europa League semifinal first leg — can manager Jose Mourinho work his magic against decent Spanish opposition? GOLF Wells Fargo Championship, 7pm, Sky Sports 4 AFTER missing out on the Masters with an injured back, world number one Dustin Johnson is set to return for this prestigious tournament in Wilmington, North Carolina. RISQUE FILM FUN Sausage Party, 8pm, Sky Premiere YOUR mind is probably racing from the title alone, and yes, this is an animation for grown-ups. Supermarket produce comes alive in sweary, rude and enjoyably hell-raising fashion. CHICAGO LAWYERS The Good Fight, 9pm, More4 THE price of having big-money client ChumHum starts to become clear this week — a lot of unpleasant work and divisive office politics. On the family scandal side of the story, Maia’s relationship with her father takes a dark turn. It’s impossible to know whom to trust in that family, as we don’t know any more than Maia. COMEDY LEGEND Arena: Ken Dodd, 9pm, BBC4 ANOTHER chance to see this superb documentary, one of Arena’s finest. It features some fantastic footage of the indefatigable comic at work, both during his early days and more recently. Watch out for the clip of Dodd and The Beatles. SITCOMCONCLUDESSITCOM CONCLUDES Bucket, 10pm, BBC4 IN THE conclusion of this four-part comedy, Fran finally learns that her mum (Miriam Margolyes) was lying in order to spend more time with her. This show has been sweet, but has also taken a long time to go not very far — still, there is an emotional payoff here and a fun appearance by Stephanie Beacham (pictured with Margolyes). ONE-UPMANSHIP The Trip To Spain, 10pm, Sky Atlantic THE penultimate leg of Rob and Steve’s culinary comedic odyssey sees them joined by two women — so their showing off scales new heights. Rob goes for broke on the jokes to impress their company, while Steve delivers a lofty, neverending analysis of Don Quixote.
