Count Arthur Strong, 8.30pm, BBC1 MUCH funnier than last week’s opener, BBC1 part two finds selfish old goat Arthur (Steve Delaney) amazed to discover (rather late in life) that being nice to people gives him a lovely warm glow in his tummy (and, bizarrely, makes him think of Prof Brian Cox). Not only that, but he is also hilariously mistaken for a criminal kingpin — by both sides of the law.
