Gwyn and bear it! Hurt star limps on
HER website recently claimed walking around barefoot could help cure arthritis and depression.
But it doesn’t seem Gwyneth Paltrow will be enjoying the benefits of ‘earthing’ any time soon – as the star was spotted struggling to walk with a cast around her foot.
The actress, 44, was seen grimacing as she limped along a road in Los Angeles in a blue and red flowy dress.
Last month, an article on Miss Pal-
trow’s wellness and lifestyle website Goop claimed walking around barefoot gave ‘access to the abundant supply of free electrons’ which can help to combat ‘everything from inflammation and arthritis to insomnia and depression.’
Miss Paltrow, who divorced Cold- play star Chris Martin last year, has previously revealed she suffered with osteopenia – a condition where you have decreased bone density and an increased risk of fracturing bones.
It is not thought her injury has anything to do with osteopenia.
