FOR most people trying to keep fit, eating just one sugary treat is a big no-no.

But such snacks are no problem for super-fit Leah Shutkever, who despite her enviable figure can demolish 12 doughnuts in 72 seconds.

The 27-year-old – who has represented Britain in competitive eating contests – blends a tough five-day fitness regime and controlled diet with ‘super cheat days’. She regularly eats 10,000-calorie super meals, much to the delight of her thousands of online fans.

Miss Shutkever, an interior designer from Birmingham, wants to end the preconception that fit women only eat salad. She said: ‘There’s this preconception that when girls go out they only eat salad or don’t want to be seen to be eating.

‘I’m like “Give me a steak and make it medium rare”.’

Miss Shutkever has uploaded videos of her challenges online. One clip captures her demolishing 12 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in one minute and 12 seconds. Another sees her eat four foot-long Subway sandwiches in five minutes and 30 seconds.
