Truck thugs

WHY do so many lorry drivers drive so closely behind other vehicles? I recently passed one truck doing 60 mph just a few feet behind a small car.

I have been harassed near the M6/M1 junction by trucks from the same local company twice in the past year.

Truck drivers are mostly professional and responsible, but those with this mind- set treat other drivers with contempt. JEAN FERRATT,
