Builders’ tea? Not for healthy Mel’s masons

HEALTH food campaigner Melissa Hemsley, who is renovating her house in South London, is so committed to her cause that she’s denying her builders their traditional cuppa, instead serving them green smoothies.

Smiling next to a large sandbag in a £125 pink gingham frock by The Pretty Dress Company and £225 silver Common Project shoes, Melissa, 31, explains: ‘Supervising/ getting in the way this morning, powering up with green smoothies for the building team! I can’t wait to build the most space efficient cupboard of all time so I can store my 5kg bags of dried chickpeas!’
