Triple murder at Lennon’s old flat

-

A MAN was being questioned on suspicion of murder last night after the bodies of a woman and two toddlers were found in John Lennon’s former home in Liverpool.

The 30-year-old was arrested at the ground-floor flat in Toxteth, which belonged to Beatles manager Brian Epstein in the early 1960s and is a regular stop-off on tours of sites around the city linked to the group. Lennon lived there with his first wife Cynthia shortly after they married in 1962, and it is where he is said to have written the song Do You Want To Know A Secret.
