Ronnie’s 70th birthday treat ...cuddling his 2 biggest fans

‘A joint celebration – we’re one and 70!’

MOST of us would want to mark our 70th birthday by spending some quality time with the children.

But rather than enjoying great conversation and a glass of champagne with his daughters, Ronnie Wood is more likely to have had the pleasure of changing their nappies.

The Rolling Stones star, who turned 70 yesterday, shared a photo on Twitter with his twins Gracie Jane and Alice Rose resting on his knees.

Wood, who has four other children aged between 33 and 42, can be seen beaming with happiness as his daughters, who turned one on Tuesday, giggle at the camera. The star wore a black suit and an unbuttoned white shirt while his girls were dressed in adorable pink baby grows decorated with red love hearts on the front.

Alongside the picture the rocker wrote: ‘It’s a joint celebration ~ Turning one & 70! Thank you all for your good wishes’. Earlier that day, Wood was spotted enjoying his birthday by going for a walk in North London with his third wife Sally, 39, and their twin daughters. The music legend seemed to have made a good recovery from the keyhole surgery he had last week to remove a lesion on his lung after it was spotted in a routine screening.

Representatives for the guitarist, who gave up smoking when his daughters were born, said he will not need additional treatment. Drugs, girls and shepherd’s
