The chef is about to open his first welsh restaurant, in the city of Cardiff, and he’s already declared that Rayner — who upset local foodies when he criticised the welsh capital’s culinary scene — won’t be welcome in the rooftop Marco Pierre white Steakhouse & Grill when it opens in July.
