Dulux starts peace talks

THE owner of Dulux is seeking to mend its relationship with shareholders after its rejection of a £22.5bn takeover offer drew anger from inves- tors. Parent company Akzo Nobel said that it would actively solicit the views of shareholders, including those who publicly challenged it.
