TRY this simple exercise to tone the dreaded bingo wings and feel more confident in sleeveless tops, says personal trainer Nadya Fairweathe­r ( u-shape.co.uk).

Invest in weighted pilates balls which are easy to grip. Stand with your feet hip width apart and begin with shoulder presses. Hold the weight up at your shoulder, with your elbows in line with your wrists, then extend your arm towards the ceiling and back down again. Alternate each arm, then introduce a forwards punch in between each press.

Do a set of 20 and repeat for as long as you can. Feel the burn!
