A sweet result for Theresa May

-

A SWEET shop owner claims he can predict the Election based on his customers’ taste in tuck.

At Mary’s Sweet Emporium in Warwick, owned by Nigel Ackroyd, punters pick their treats to reflect their politics.

Nigel claims his system called the Brexit result and, in 2015, placed the parties in the right order. And he says a rush on his blue raspberry bonbons puts Theresa May in the lead with 45 per cent, while the red strawberry sweets (Labour) only secured 28 per cent.

Meanwhile, the Lib Dem acid drops dragged at 7 per cent.
