Terrorism’s shadow

My GRANDSON Oliver, seven, told me: ‘I like Wales best as we don’t have many terrorist attacks.’

How terrible that a child of his age should have these thoughts. My ten-year- old granddaughter is so upset by the attacks in Manchester and London she wants us to emigrate to Canada, where she lives.

Children should not have to know the words ‘terrorist’ or ‘suicide bomber’.
