COMPETING on Strictly Come Dancing has helped transform Anita Rani’s dress sense. ‘I was a real prude in my 20s — I’d never wear anything revealing,’ says the 39-year-old Countryfile presenter. ‘And I’m still trying to get over that now. Strictly definitely helped me step out of my comfort zone, and I’m getting better. ‘I’ve ditched the baggy T-shirts and trousers, at least.’ She adds: ‘I’m a typical woman when it comes to my body and I don’t have much confidence. Perhaps it will come with age.’
