‘CAESAR’S BROTHER’

LARGE, colourful, bearded flag irises are almost over. But their non-bearded rded cousins are still lookingg superb. Among g those, Siberian n Iris, I. sibirica is the most popular and easy to grow. Siberian irises prefer moist soil oil and thrive in semi-shade or sun. Tall, erect stems carry beautifull­y shaped flowers, usually in shades of blue. The best have flowers with veining, often contrastin­g with the petals. Among them, Caesar’s Brother has rich purple-blue flowers on 70cm stems.
