ON THE subject of Griffiths, why has he been written off? The striker scored 40 goals in all competitions for Celtic in 2015-16 and I was surprised that clubs down south didn’t look at him. He’s only had one spell in England — with Wolves, where he scored 12 goals in 26 league games. He will likely be feeding off scraps but don’t rule him out finishing one of his chances. This is an area which England must not take for granted. Griffiths really is one to watch.
