Last week, the firm – which rents out affordable office space in London to new and growing firms – unveiled healthy results and confirmed it is in talks to buy a London property for £158m.

Analysts praised the 8pc rent growth reported by the firm over the last six months as well as its attractive 3pc dividend yield, which is way ahead of competitors.

SELL THIS: Merlin

BERENBERG recommends selling theme park operator Merlin Entertainments after downgrading in March.

Analysts expect the firm to disappoint in its interim results this week, with visitors to many of its theme parks in decline, testing the patience of investors.

It also said the fallout from the rollercoaster crash at Alton Towers in June 2015 could hit visitor numbers for longer than expected.
