AS JIMMY McGOVERN’S grim but gripping drama continues, the third episode of six finds the community reeling in the wake o of recent events. At the police station, the launch of an internal investigation into the s shooting sees o once tight-knit colleagues bitterly divided. Determined to tell the truth, PC Andrew Powell (Mark Stanley, pictured) soon finds trying to do the right thing threatening to destroy him and all he holds dear. And to whom does he turn in his hour of need? None other than poor overworked Father Michael (Sean Bean), of course — whose own demons have cranked up the volume.
