star Aidan Turner has fuelled rumours that he has become close to Eleanor Tomlinson, who plays his wife Demelza. ‘Ross and Demelza’s relationship has always felt very real for Eleanor and I — that’s why it’s so enjoyable to play,’ he admits. ‘We’ve worked together for so long that we’re very familiar with each other, and our relationship progresses alongside the one between our characters.’ Watch this space . . .
