CO-OP GROWTH Membership of co- operatives has increased by 700,000 over the past year, bringing the total to 13.6m, figures show. There are more than 6,800 independen­t co-operatives, with the membership surge driven by the Co- op

Group as well as community-owned businesses and credit unions.

FOOD FLOAT Online food delivery firm Delivery Hero hopes to raise £814.3m in its initial public offering. The firm is selling up to 39m shares priced between 1930p to 2230p per share.
