JEREMY CORBYN shouldn’t have to requisition luxury houses in Kensington to house the families made homeless in the Grenfell Tower fire. Surely all his showbiz friends in Holland Park and Notting Hill will gladly open their doors. TIM EVANS, Bath.

PERHAPS Mr Corbyn could requisition MPs’ second homes in London, too. M. G. DOWNSBOROUGH, address supplied.

I ASSUME that Labour MP Yvette Cooper will be offering accommodation to the Grenfell Tower survivors, that is if she has any room left bearing in mind all those boat children and Syrian refugees she has already offered to accommodate. J. R. WOOD, Crowle, Worcs.

A MEASLY £5,500 for each family who survived the fire when we are handing out £15 billion a year on overseas aid without caring where it ends up is yet another insult from the Government. JOHN EVANS, Wokingham, Berks.
