New-found parrot facing extinction

A NEWLY discovered species of parrot already faces extinction due to threats to its Mexican habitat, say scientists. The blue-winged Amazon, pictured, is in grave danger as it is confined to a small area of unprotected forest in Yucatan Peninsula.
