U.S. girl group TLC were strong independent women long before the Spice Girls and Destiny’s Child. They fled the limelight after the death of Lisa ‘Left Eye’ Lopes, but this is a feisty, R&Bedged return. There’s nothing as instant as 1994’s Waterfalls, but Tionne Watkins and Rozonda Thomas state their case forcefully on No Introduction — ‘we paved the way’.
