MANCHESTER CITY could be hit with a transfer ban if they lose a case being heard by the Court of Arbitration for Sport today. Argentine club Velez Sarsfield say City broke rules when 16-year-old midfielder Benjamin Garre joined the Premier League club last year. WOLVES have agreed a £14million deal for Porto midfielder Ruben Neves. The 20-year-old Portugal international has been scouted by Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United. Neves is managed by Jorge Mendes, who remains an adviser to Wolves’ owners.
