WHO? One of the 26 girls named by Tatler magazine as the New It Girls, Lady Kitty Spencer, 26, is Princess Diana’s niece.

She was brought up in South Africa, away from the glare of publicity, but is making up for lost time. When she’s not posing for selfies at Ascot or downing champagne at the polo, she models for Dolce & Gabbana.
