Philip Yea, 62 Non-executive director, Equiniti

EQUINITI has named the chairman of pub chain Greene King as a nonexecutive director.

As well as being on the board of the payments firm, Philip Yea will replace outgoing chairman Kevin Bees- ton when he retires in September.

Yea, 62, who has been Greene King chairman since May 2016, is also senior independent director at IT firm Computacenter and a non-exec director of the Aberdeen Asian Smaller Companies Investment trust. He is married with three children.
