SamCam in bed with Madonna!

SAMANTHA CAMERON posted a toecurling picture of her and her husband’s feet, inset — to mark their 21st wedding anniversary while they were on holiday in Spain last month — which attracted hoots of derision.

However, she has now published a snap, right, from the same holiday which shows her in a more seemly light. She is perched on the same bed wearing a £270 funnel neck midi dress from her new fashion label, Cefinn, and above her is a portrait of the Madonna and child.

More importantly, there is no chillaxing husband in sight. Sam, 46, has clearly learned her lesson.

‘You are such a refined lady. Lovely picture,’ says one admirer.
