Dairy Milk expansion

CHOCOLATE maker Cadbury is expanding production at its Bournville factory following a £75m investment from its owner Mondelez International.

The factory will now produce Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Oreo and Dairy Milk Tiffin chocolate bars.

It already makes the regular Dairy Milk, Giant Buttons, Wispa and Cadbury creme eggs. Glenn Caton, president of Northern Europe for Mondelez, said: ‘These great tastes are the first additional products that we are welcoming to Bournville following our multi- million pound investment.

‘It shows our investment has paid off and Bournville is in the Premier League of European factories.’
