WIMBLEDON champion Andy Murray has said the children’s cartoon Peppa Pig is a ‘life saver’.

The world number one declared his new found love for the TV show, saying he watches it with his two-year-old daughter Sophia. He told the BBC: ‘My favourite TV programme just now is Peppa Pig. I watch it a lot with my daughter. It keeps her quiet sometimes if she’s in a bad mood for 15 or 20 minutes or so.

‘Peppa Pig is currently a life saver for me.’

Murray, 30, and his wife Kim, 29, confirmed they were expecting a second baby.
