The 56-year-old was seen with wife Amal, 39, helping to carry their children off his private jet in Milan this week.
He proudly carried a white Moses basket down the steps of the aircraft, while another member of the family, Millie the Basset hound, also got a helping hand.
The Clooneys spend the summer in Italy each year, and their Lake Como villa is a two-hour drive away.
