Mulberry bags Japan deal

MULBERRY has signed an agreement that will see the luxury handbag maker expand further into Japan.

The group has teamed up with Japanese firm Onward Global Fashion, with both holding 50pc in a new firm called Mulberry Japan.

Headquartered in Tokyo, the company will manage all retail, online sales and wholesale distribution for the Japanese market.
