THIRSTY WORK IN SOHO

I WAS at an old stamping-ground on Thursday, the French House in Soho, and bumped into actor Struan Rodger. I’ve surely mentioned the tipple in the French, a refreshing cloudy cider with lots of bits in it. I had plans, so couldn’t join Struan at the Chelsea Arts Club for a game of snooker with Lord Birkett and Albert Finney. Maybe next time.
