DIRECTOR’S DEALS

NIGEL Jackson has sold £ 3.9m of shares in Marlowe. After selling 1m shares at 385p each, Jackson still owns a 7.2pc stake in the support services firm.

The executive director, who lives in Tat- tenhall, Chester, cofounded Swift Fire & Security which was acquired by Marlowe for £13m last year.

The shares will be sold to meet demand from institutional investors, with the sale expected to complete on or around July 31.

Marlowe shares yesterday rose 6pc, or 22.5p, to 400p.
