KITTED out in a vintage European football shirt he looks like any other music fan at the Latitude festival in Suffolk. But this is Theresa May’s holiday stand-in, First Secretary of State Damian Green. His shirt refers to the 198 song All I Want for Christmas is a Dukla Prague Away Kit by his favourite band Half Man, Half Biscuit.
