However, she has said: ‘I hike, I walk with my dogs all the time and don’t really sit still.’ WHAT TO TRY: The Russian Cossack Squat will work inner thighs. Stand with feet wider than shoulder-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides. Squat as deeply as you can by lunging to the left, so your right leg is straight out to the side. Lean slightly forward with your torso to maintain balance. Flex your right foot, so the toes are pointing towards the ceiling. Extend your arms in front of you for balance. Hold for three seconds. Return to the start position and repeat on the other side. That is one repetition. Do two to three sets of ten to 12 repetition­s.
